The Prague astronomical clock also indicates on the astronomical dial the current Zodiac Sign. The position of the Sun symbol on the upper active picture corresponds to the current position of the pointer on the clock. It is a simplified model based on (just as on the real clock) circular interpolation of movement. The incorrectness of the clock, i.e. the position of the Sun on the original middle circle instead of the outward circle added later, is preserved here. (The mistake was made during the incorrect repair in 1866.)
